    The present invention relates to a club head for a golf club, in particular for a putter, which includes visual feedback for the optimal approach position of a golfer, as well as an optimal balance of the club head for the parallel swing path of the club head to the hit finish line and the targeted target .
    State of the art
    In golf clubs, especially putters that are used for the short game on the green to hit the golf ball along the surface of the green into the intended target, the approach position of a golfer immediately before the start of the golf swing, as well as the parallel swing path of the club head to the hit finish line are important factors that affect the golf ball's runway on the green.
    It is known that the approach position of the golfer to a golf ball when putting, in addition to the posture of the body of the golfer, is largely influenced by the position of the golfer's head relative to the club head. Because of this, several alignment systems have been developed to improve putting accuracy. A known method (WO2008074093A1) to better align the approach and club head position is the golf club alignment device, which can be retrofitted to the club head of an existing golf club that was specially manufactured for the device. In another known method (WO2007094679A1), the approach position is improved in that an extension is attached to the club head that is oriented towards the rear perpendicular to the face.
    Presentation of the invention
    It is therefore the aim of this invention to provide the golfer with a golf club with a club head that makes it easier for him to recognize that he has always taken the same approach position, or to take a correct approach position to the golf ball, and the swing path of the Golf club as well as improve marksmanship.
    The following description and the pictures relate to a golf club that is intended for a right-hander, but the invention can also be adapted for a left-hander.
    In a first aspect, this object is achieved by a golf club in which a club head is attached to the lower end of a shaft. Such a club head includes 3D optics and exchangeable weight elements. The club head has an outer shell that can be made of various materials such as metals and / or alloys. The outer shell is designed to accommodate a 3D look. In addition, behind the 3D optics and at right angles to the face, the outer shell has chambers that are symmetrically arranged and that can accommodate weight elements.
    According to the invention, the golf club comprises a club head with a 3D optics, which consists at least partially of transparent material, in which 3D elements consisting of lines, triangles or circles, are attached to each other at different heights and distances. The resulting 3D optics enables the player, looking from above, to position himself in such a way that the 3D elements are evenly spaced from one another in his visual axis. This procedure has the effect that the player can always take exactly the same approach position.
    In some embodiments, the club head, or at least one element of the club head, is made of transparent material. The transparent element can consist of materials such as glass, polycarbonate or plexiglass and contains the 3D optics attached to the club head. The transparent 3D optics are centered on the outer edge of the outer shell in the club head.
    In some embodiments, geometric 3D elements such as lines, circles or triangles are attached at different heights and distances in the transparent 3D optics in order to create a 3D effect. The 3D optics help the golfer to center the golf ball on the clubface of the club head. If the club head is correctly positioned, the 3D optics, with the exception of concentric circles, give the golfer visual feedback on the correct alignment of the club head in the direction of impact along the longitudinal axis of the club head and also on the horizontal alignment of the club head. As a result, the golfer can correct his posture, in particular the position of his head, until the 3D optics use visual feedback to indicate that he has assumed the correct approach and club head position. The visual feedback of the 3D optics shows the golfer with every movement whether he is improving or worsening his approach and club head position.
    The 3D effect generated by the differently arranged geometric 3D elements can be made even better visible with special coloring.
    In some embodiments, the weight elements contained in the club head are interchangeable. The interchangeable weight elements are individually adapted to each player in order to obtain the optimal weight distribution in the club head, which maintains the parallel swing path of the club head to the target line through the optimal balance.
    According to a second aspect, the golf club with the associated club head is characterized in that the golf club is a putter which is used to hit the golf ball into the intended target on the green.

    Aspects of the invention are explained in more detail on the basis of the exemplary embodiments shown in the following figures and the associated description. FIG. 1 shows the perspective illustration of the club head in an exploded view according to an embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 shows the club head according to FIG. 1 in a perspective view obliquely from the front in the assembled state; FIG. 3 shows the club head according to FIG. 1 in a top view.
    Ways of Carrying Out the Invention
    Figure 1 shows the perspective view of the club head (8) in an exploded view according to an embodiment of the invention. The club head (8) comprises an outer shell (1) made of a metal or an alloy. The outer shell (1) has an opening in the direction of impact for receiving 3D optics (2). The opening of the outer shell (1) extends over the entire face and allows a view of the 3D elements (4a, 4b, 4c), shown here as an example in lines, the 3D optics ( 2) free. The 3D elements (4a, 4b, 4c) are spatially attached at different heights and distances, so that a 3D effect is created. In a rear area, the outer shell (1) comprises two weight chambers (5a, 5b) for receiving the weight elements (6a, 6b). The weight elements (6a, 6b) are fastened in the respective weight chambers (5a, 5b) by means of end screws (7a, 7b). For a right-hander, the club head (8) is attached to a shaft (3) on the top surface of the outer shell (1), left-aligned to the direction of impact.
    Figure 2 shows a perspective view obliquely from the front of the club head according to Figure 1, in the assembled state.
    Figure 3 shows the top view of a club head according to Figure 1 from the perspective of a right-hander with the in the outer shell (1) embedded 3D optics (2) in the form of a transparent element, as well as the 3D optics (2) associated geometric 3D Elements (4a, 4b, 4c), here as an example of lines.
